There are mainly three ways to check the balance of your smart meter.
1st option is Bihar Bijli Smart Meter App
2nd Suvidha App and
3rd is the Official Website
1. Bihar Bijli Smart Meter App
In Bihar Bijli Smart Meter App(BBSM App) there are two ways to check your balance. One by registering your CA number or Consumer number on the BBSM app or without registering.
If you register on the app, then just after login it will show your balance on the home page only. If you are unable to register on the app then also you can check your balance. For this
Open the BBSM App
On the login page, there is an option of “Pay Bill/Recharge”.
Go to this option and enter your CA number or Consumer ID.
Now click on next and then continue.
On the next screen on the top, it will show your current balance.

2. Suvidha App
In the Suvidha app,
There is an option for Smart meter services.
Click on this and enter your CA or consumer ID and click on get consumer details.
It will show your current balance and some other details.

3. Official Website
To check the balance through the official website,
Just open the official website sbpdcl.co.in or nbpdcl.co.in as per your connection.
Then go to “विद्युत विपत्र राशि / स्मार्ट मीटर बैलेंस देखने एवं भुगतान/रिचार्ज करने हेतु क्लिक करें।”
Now enter your CA or consumer ID. On the next page click on Get Current Balance.
