Basically, an inverter is the combination of these three components: a charger, a battery, and an inverter.
When the main power supply is available it stores the power in a battery through a charger(AC to DC). and at the time of the outage, it supplies the stored power through the inverter(DC to AC).
It seems very perfect, But non of the three components work at 100% efficiency. Typically the efficiency of an inverter varies within the range of 85% to 95%. So there is a loss which increases your bill.
But other than this loss there is something else that increases your electricity bill if you use an inverter.
Suppose there is a power outage of 4 hr in your area. It means you are using the inverter for these 4 hours. Which is used to store the electricity in a battery and gives you a supply at the time of the outage. That is even a 4-hour of outage you are using power for 24 hours, not 20 hours. Because your inverter stores the power for these four hours at the time of main supply is available. Which increases your electricity bill compared to others or those who are not using inverters.

2. Fill out the form and submit the filled form with the supporting documents. In the documents, you need to provide proof of ownership for the property in question.
For Example, if you purchased the property you need to attach the purchase documents or any documents showing your ownership.
In another example, if the connection was with the name of the father and now he is no more then also you can apply for the name change. Here you need to attach the death certificate and no objection certificate from other shareholders (may be brothers, sisters, etc.)
Another example, If there is an error or spelling mistake in the name and address then also you can apply for correction with the documents having the correct name and address.
3. After submission authorized officer will verify if all required documents are attached then you might need to pay the application fee or they will process it directly and the applicable fee will be included in your next electricity bill.
4. After application you need to wait for a couple of weeks and you will get the correct name and address in your next bill.
